The VEC team has been a lifeline for my pup, who lives with a rare and complex disease. Over the years, they’ve shown exceptional skill, compassion, and professionalism. Most recently, when we faced what looked like a devastating cancer diagnosis, the internal medicine and surgical teams guided us through every step—calmly, factually, and with incredible care.
They didn’t rush us into unnecessary tests or appointments. Instead, they made sure the right diagnostic process was followed and helped us avoid emotional and financial stress. They talked me off a ledge when fear took over, and reminded me to take one step at a time.
Their internal medicine specialists and surgeons are top-notch—knowledgeable, thorough, and kind, with a professional bedside manner that builds trust instantly. I am endlessly grateful for their honesty, empathy, and expertise.
