What a shady business: Bought an XBOX360 controller, they gave me a corded one instead of a wireless - went back same day to let them know as soon as I discovered it and they told me too bad, all sales are final because I opened the box. All they were willing to do was give us a $10 credit for what they claimed was now a 'used' product which one hour before cost over $50. My kids saved up for this for a long time and they rip off my kids - what kind of lesson are they teaching them? I will never go back unless they make this right.

Follow-up - after threatening legal action, calling the better business bureau and bad reviews online, the manager finally relented and exchanged the product. I paid the difference. Too bad it had to go this far and not dealt with right from the beginning.

It's not bad or anything just it gets boring after a while

whenever I am looking for some game for my teenage son, this company will suggest items, help me look for choice items (even in other stores), and they are never ever condescending, which from an older mom's point of view, is fantastic.
