Every time I go to this location, they do not have the latest releases available. The say to come during the week. This is the last time I will be going here. I will just use Netflix now.

Bob in particular is an outstanding customer service rep. I think they should probably clone him or have him teach others how it's done.

I am pleased to say that i have never been disappointed when going into the Rogers Video Store on Portage avenue. The customer service i am given is fantastic!
