Got married in 2007 and our videographer: Jay who had taken the money and promised to complete our videos 4 years ago but has failed to do so. He kept promising for few years but now I am giving up hope. I am truly saddened by their unprofessionalism and with the thought that we'll never be able to see our wedding day again. He refuses to open the door and does not return our calls or emails.
We had never heard of them before but our photographer Radisson Photography had put a good word for them. Radisson who is very reputable and has lived up to their reputation till today, but I wish I had hired a different videographer. Executive has caused us so much stress and been a pure waste of our time and money.
