I just experienced my first rental at this store and the staff were very friendly and helpful and I found what I wanted! I could not be more pleased!

I personally find this store to be excellent. For the past six years of being a member with this Rogers Video I always received a friendly hello and good helpful service. I find that other Rogers locations don't offer these type of services or friendly customer service that I had the pleasure of receiving since 2003. Personally I don't know what this reviewer is saying, because I have always found their shelves full over the weekend and the times when it is empty they are about to put newly released dvds, which as business of dealing with movies you have to do that and set it up where people can see it to rent. Also people have trouble selecting a movie, because maybe they are in a mood for horror, comedy, or action and if a friend also saw a movie of course the selection will be shitty - its like that in every video rental place. Overall, I like the service of this Rogers and will always continue to go there to meet my movie needs.

Their shelves are not full, and the selection is just sad.
The employees are generally nice, there is only one or two that I do not like. This store is more of a tv show/video game rental store. It sucks.
