Polite and Friendly , Give them a Call to see if the movie is in that you would like to see. If you have Rewards Membership which Pays for itself in the First Month of use. They will Put it on hold for you.
Not sure whats Hot and Whats not? Ask the people that work there. Thats what they do for a Living, so they know there movies!
