After being a customer for many years and never having a bad thing to say I am now walking away from this business completely frustrated and shocked.
We had some videos and a game that was overdue and also had some serious issues come up at the same time. All conversations with them were pleasant until AFTER they received the items back.
I then began receiving very unprofessional messages on my phone that I felt were a little threatening. I called them to discuss and asked to speak with the manager or owner. Instead I talked to a woman who was extremely irate with me. She spoke loudly, would not let me finish a sentence, yelled over me and left me feeling very upset. I called in a positive mood hoping to reach an agreement or understanding. I got off the phone feeling shocked that this was an actual business that I had given so much of my hard earned money to.

We have been going to Bandito Video since we moved to the North end of Barrie 13 years ago. Their staff are incredible, friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of movies, specials, documentaries and box sets, all at super prices. Plus, I rarely have to wait in line, fast and attentive service. They have our business!

Looking for a comfortable community for our children to grow up we moved to Barrie from Toronto over ten years ago. In our first days and while searching for local video store we came across Bandito Video at the Wellington Plaza, so we decided to go in a give it a try, and to our surprise we were greeted at the door by the owners and their friendly staff. The people that we met were both helpful and knowledgeable making it the first time in a very long time that we had found perhaps the true meaning of customer service with a smile. The surprise is that this high quality of service has never stopped and we have continued to experience the same wonderful customer service that they have accustomed us to from day one.
