Been trying to rent a movie for 3 weeks now. Went to the store one time, person tells me the movie is out, I should go next day before noon and it will be there. Next day, I'm there when the store opens, she tells me it's not there, did not come in, I should come back. 2 days later, I call, they say it's there, I say, keep it there, I'll be there in 5 minutes. she says ok. I get there, person tells me movie did not come in that I'll have to come back. Next day I call again, she says yeah, it's here, again I say, please this time keep it I'll be there in 5 minutes. I get there, she says it's out, and they don't keep movies, person on the phone should not have told me she'd keep it. Went again tonight, they say movie is out (2 copies only) and it should be back tonight, it's 9:30. I ask pls call me when it gets here and I'll come and pick it up, person says very rudely that they have other things to do but to call clients, they don't have the time. There are 4 people working and they are chatting as there is no one in the store. I mention that it's not busy and he surely can make a quick call, he says, no... after I waited at the counter to buy games for my son for over 10 minutes watching them chat together and no one would come and sell me the things. Service really sucks. They lost 2 good clients as we go buy stuff practically every week, my son buys PS-3 games and I buy movies. From now on, we'll go to best buy or Future Shop, prices are better anyways and it's worth the little bit of distance as this store really need some competent personnel, not those kids that don't want to help the customers
