Since the day I moved in to my unit six months ago I have asked three times to have the door sensor repaired. Both the requests and sensors have been left dangling. Sentinel has had a copy of my key on file from the beginning. I have tried to keep the request informal in the interests of maintaining good relations with the locals, but this has got me nowhere.

This was the first time my husband and I have ever rented a storage unit and Sabrina made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Honestly, we were both excited walking through the rows of storage lockers and I even told her I felt like I was on an episode of *Storage Wars*! It was such a fun and unique experience for us.

Sabrina took the time to explain everything clearly, from what to expect to all the details and paperwork involved. They also had a great promotion available which was definitely a nice bonus. But what really impressed us was the customer service. Sabrina was incredibly friendly, patient, and thorough. She answered every question we had and even made sure our access codes were working and properly registered before we left.

I haven't rented from any other storage facility before, but based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again. Great prices might bring people in, but outstanding customer service is what keeps them coming back. From the helpful lady I spoke with on the phone (I'm sorry I forgot her name!) to Sabrina at the facility, everyone was wonderful.

Thank you for making our first storage rental experience such a positive one!

The staff at this location is exceptional. Both member I dealt with were knowledgeable, quick to provide service and accommodating. The location is well kept and for me, in a perfect location. If I need storage services again I will definitely be back.

Sabrina was absolutely fantastic today. Like, seriously an angel sent from Heaven. She helped me get a storage unit in a very difficult time of my life. Earlier this month, I began renting a unit at this location while in a deeply painful personal situation. Sabrina was so kind and patient and made me feel so comfortable during the entire interaction. My original booking for a heated stall for my truck at 33rd Ave. storage was a wash because it didn't fit but Windermere location came to the rescue and fit me in at the last minute for the agreed original discount. Good people, I recommend and will use again.

We needed a place immediately due to an unforeseen delay for move in day. They had a small storage space available. We only needed it for 10 days so the first 4 weeks for free was amazing to only pay an admin fee of $26.25 and buy a lock that can’t be cut with cutters for $20 when the other places we called were $200. Amanda at the front desk was so lovely. There’s a full time person monitoring the facility, it was 5min from the rental. It was a really great experience. Highly recommend!!

The experience was top notch customer service, from calling their customer support to book the unit to finishing using the storage. They provided guidance and instructions very simply and are willing to repeat if I didn’t understand anything. Amanda was very kind and she was friendly, respectful and professional. I only needed to use the storage for a few days to put my luggage and they were very understanding. Their promotion offers are wonderful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to put their stuff in. The storage units are well organized, clean and easily accessible. They have locks they sell at the store too if u don’t have one. You won’t regret coming to this facility. I definitely will use this place again in the future.

Wow that was absolutely disgusting customer service. I found to inquire about the cost of a unit. And she started talking about getting me set up with a unit over the phone and I said no I don't want to book one right now I'm simply inquiring about the cost of one and she started talking about understanding my frustration I said I'm not frustrated I just want to know how much a unit costs I'm trying to plan financially for it and she hung up on me. I guess I will be going with a different company.

Sentinel was excellent to deal with. Their first 4 weeks free has no hidden fees or penalties. Marisa was especially helpful and flexible with us when we needed to look for a smaller unit. Would highly recommend!

Well, lockers are nice, clean, and convenient, but this South location has different rules regarding locks and insurance, etc.

I was introduced (referred) to the storage lockers on roper Road. (I had excellent experience. The locker was nice and clean, with no smell, no garbage. Good security. Customer service; simmi & Amanda were excellent, welcoming, and thorough in explaining procedures). so I rented one to try the process and review it for everyone's sake. I loved it.

I highly recommended (referred) my daughter moving to Alberta from Nova Scotia to this South Sentinel storage location closer to her. Customer service did not write the referral part in the system during agreement sign up (I wonder why? though its their policy. If you refer someone, you get 50 to 100 back, depending on the size of the locker).

It's already 60 days, and I have not received any reply or cheque. I'll complete this review once I get any update.
It's easy to access Lockers as you can literally take your vehicle all the way to your locker.

Very efficient and very much to needs.. it was a last minute storage unit... That was much needed at a time I had a full loaded U-Haul at my amazement that they had one for me... Really nice customer service. Showed my partner the storage unit & also provided us pallets. The units are very spacious & with good organization we were able to fit a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The 4 weeks free as well is a great selling price
