This is the most painful company I have ever had to deal with. I have critical data that needs to be restored, and they cannot find the tapes, do not deliver the tapes when requested. Deliver empty boxes when I need the tapes for my proper backup rotations. If you read this review, please think twice before enlisting this companies services. People are rude and unwilling to fix the problems that they create. I would not trust them. This pertains most specifically to Edmonton, Alberta.
