The young lady was very nice ! She explained me the procedures showed me the unit . She match my energy! I wish to see it everywhere !!! On the 30 September 2024 .. we had the pleasure again to be taken care by Mohamed. We moved our stuff from a bigger unit to a smaller unit. Mohamed is very efficient but at the same shows human qualities. The perfect match in a working position. We were very happy the way he was able to come up with the best solution for our need. Thank-you Mohamed keep up the good work!!! We highly recommend this storage place for its efficiency and human side!!

Good location. Secure. Accessible. Convenient. Well maintained. Lots of options. Am thankful for storage solutions. Most helpful staff. Friendly atmosphere. Other customers look happy too when coming in or out. Onsite washroom clean. Lights in units good. Good for year round and seasonal storage and everything else. Service was very good. I had an excellent price due to a special spring promotion, I rented for 3 months. These spaces are not heated so it is something to consider. I give 4 stars because some basic maintenance was never done. The florescent lights in the corridor outside my space never worked so for about 25% of the length it was a bit dark. The public washroom was always clean, but for some reason the door lock never worked and was never fixed. Instead a block of concrete was used to restrict the door once you were inside. This is just silly. Fix the lock!!
