Dear Seaboard Storage Facility Management,

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received when obtaining a storage unit on March 15th. My mother, who has been a satisfied customer with approximately four units for the past 22 years, highly recommended your facility, emphasizing its cleanliness and overall quality.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the office staff. I was looking for a container unit specifically for some essential items. Lawrence was incredibly helpful in showing me the various storage options available and patiently explaining the differences to help me find the right fit for my needs. He had showed me how to open a close a lock for the container storage. I truly appreciated his polite and informative approach.

I ended up getting a heated storage container! Very spacious and the area is secured.

Furthermore, Mary at the front desk made the paperwork process very smooth and pleasant. Her welcoming demeanor and efficiency were notable and added to the positive experience.

Overall, I was very impressed with the friendly environment and the helpfulness of your team.

. Had some issues .. they gave us a month free but still .. moisture somehow got into ours and a bunch of things molded .. the couched we had .. amoungest other things that we had to throw away ..

This is an excellent Storage and mail box facility. Very clean and good rates. I have to give a shout out to the staff member Maria. I rent a mail box there and she has been exceptional to deal with. Whenever I had enquiries with her, she was very helpful and went over and above to assist me.

Great option for long term storage as they are one of the cheapest options I found in Surrey, yet the facility is very clean and well maintained. Gate, door, lift, lights, everything was always working during our 1+ year here. Will come again if we need storage again in the future.

I highly recommend this storage facility - it is so very well run (so very CLEAN and well organized) and they even have a customer washroom and water cooler! I have been with them for over eight years now and have found their employees to be friendly and competent. I have also met the owner who is a really nice guy. This is one of those big U.S,A. high quality - high standard types of enterprise which stands proudly alongside its neighbouring major industrial concerns - they have enough shipping containers to make Maersk envious and they run a really tight ship!
