No longer a fan of Culligan here in Medicine hat. I rent a water softener from culligan and had some important questions about how it worked as it had come with the house I had bought. I phoned in and was told that I could have some one come out and go over the softener with me and explain somethings on how to set the timers and such for free as we had just taken over the rental. Talked to my wife about a date that would work, called back and it turned into a $150 charge just to come show me how to work their equipment.
Next we were having problems with the softener on position and getting it moved else where. I called in to find out if that was allowed since it was a rental. I was told the main sales person would be contacting me within a couple days (I called on a Monday). Over a month later I finally received a call about it. I called a company out of lethbridge to see about their prices and they were here the next day. With all the information and prices were recieved the fallowing day. So far our experience will Culligan here in Medicine hat was awful and we are switching.
