Nelson Water came at the scheduled time. The technician was respectful and removed his shoes and proceed to the basement area. He explained to me what he was going to do. Upon finishing his inspection, he informed me of the issues he encountered and the suggested fixes. After agreeing on the next steps of actions, he completed his work quickly and showed me the worn pieces all the while explaining again the reasons he the need to replace them. The visit was quick, efficient and professional and I would not have a problem in recommending Nelson Water for home softener equipment and service. Alan Atkinson, Pakenham
