This whole situation is beyond frustrating. Samsung told me to contact Parkwood Builder, Parkwood Builder told me to contact Trail Appliances, and after spending over 2 hours being passed around, nobody wants to take responsibility for a cracked stovetop that’s only 26 months old. It’s unacceptable that a major appliance would have this kind of issue so soon, and even more unacceptable that every company is trying to shift the blame instead of helping resolve it. I’m extremely disappointed with the product and the customer service I’ve received.
