We had previously dealt with another company in Waterdown and had a horrible costly experience so we were very leary of trusting another company to help us with our water problems. I called all over Ontario and Ken Brown's name was highly recommended and ironically he was also in Waterdown so we were fortunate to have found someone local. I have to say Craig and Ken are a class act. Both very knowledgeable and very professional. They do not jump into putting new equipment in without first looking at the entire situation and looking at all options. We worked with them for 18 months and they did their due diligence before implementing any major changes. We were very, very pleased with their expertise and their personal commitment to assuring us that they would do the most cost effective treatment that would provide the best results. The overall cost and the quality of water was remarkable compared to the $15,0000 we had previously spent for equipment that did not work. We can't thank them enough!
