Strata hired this company last year to replace my front door after a fire, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. When the new door arrived, their team came to install and stain it but the workmanship was terrible. They left stain all over my walls, caused damage to the surrounding area, and the stain on the door itself ended up patchy and uneven.

To make matters worse, the door was installed so poorly that it wouldn’t even open properly. I couldn’t use my front door at all and had to hire someone else to fix their mistakes.

Our strata has been trying to get them to come back and correct the issues for over a year. For the first several months, we were constantly given the runaround, and for the last six months they’ve completely stopped responding altogether.

Please save yourself the stress and
avoid this company. Their lack of accountability and poor quality of work speak for themselves. Our strata has since dropped them from their list of approved contractors and assured me they will not be using them again.

100% avoid this company at all costs. Charlie will make personal assessments and recommendations to Strata management to evict tenants, and will blatantly lie for unknown reasons. He caused us much stress and refused to communicate to validate his claims. If his statements were true, we'd not have won our RTB case. Beware!
