Jay is good people, he has done several repairs for me and all his work is outstanding. Highly recommend superior waterproofing for your waterproofing needs.

Jay "repaired" a wall in the basement where we had a leak. He used a different product and method than when he made a repair for the previous owner of our house. Not only was it messy, but the odor was horrible for days. It was more like slapping some sealer on top of the wall instead of getting product into the crack. When it failed and we had water leaking from the same area he repaired he blamed it on another hairline fracture (even though it was clearly visible that the leak was coming from underneath his "repair") and of course offered to come out at an additional cost (so much for the warranty). We hired another company. They repaired it properly and we have not had any issues. We would definitely not do business with Superior Waterproofing again.

Jay was very responsive to our call and prompt with coming out to fix our water leak. His work looks great and definitely recommend him!

Don’t hire this person to do your repair. We had a leak in our new basement cement. The area was a little wet. He couldn’t complete the job as understood due to the leak. But he was sarcastic and condescending to our family. Has very poor professionalism. He had little worry about our concern and left without hesitation. Again, I’m sure you can find a different company that is more professional than this individual.
