Krizan's waterproofed our basement 23 years ago and it has never leaked since. Before they came the water would seep in from the walls. They made a trench inside the basement parameter and placed tiles down which catch the water and take it to the sump pump. I don't know if this is the correct way to explain it, but basically that's what was done. The basement walls have never leaked since. They did many basements in our area with the same fantastic results. I would highly recommend them if you have any trouble with your basement.
