I have been an Aloak customer for 8 years now and it has had its ups and downs but never have I had my business email unavailable for two days. There is no answer from the support line, only a voice message and technical probes earlier in the day showed that the email server was offline. Now it shows online however it is not delivering mail yet. My website has been down 3 times in the past year and email twice for a full day.
It's time to move to another web and email provider and I recommend new customers steer clear of this company.
