Absolutely terrible experience- brides, bridesmaid, prom chicks BE AWARE.
Was not told I was purchasing a $600 dress until I saw this one the receipt when I got home. When I called back, I was told sorry that was final sale.
My biggest issue was that I 'signed' a contract without even knowing I was signing a contract. I was told I am signing for payment. The dress I tried on was size 8, they ordered me a size 2 and I'm a size 0. I was told alterations would be $50 NOT average $50 or more than $50. Just that the recommended seamstress does this for them all the time and that it is $50. Knowing this I ordered the dress completely unaware that it was final sale. The dress was 18" or more longer for me. They explained how it would be altered. When I called them back they say to me that I said I was leaving the length as is. Even with the tallest shoes I wouldn't be able to wear this obviously.
Dresses are lovely but customer service is the most awful I have ever experienced. General Manager Michelle is rude and unprofessional.
Bottom line is be very careful if you dare shop there. Do not purchase without contacting seamstress and getting a quote. I was told it would be $50 but instead was $130. Make sure you ask if you are signing a contract when they tell you you are signing for payment purposes.
They will say anything just to make a sale even if it means lying.

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to write this review. While the service staff is certainly helpful, it appears, or so the manager will tell you - that they are not properly informed about how ordering of their dresses works. I was given some bad information about a dress I ordered, was absolutely CONVINCED that everything would come in as I had expected, and was then left extremely dissapointed. The dress had construction problems to begin with when it arrived, and it was NOT sized as expected. The onus was left completely up to me to have fully paid for the dress before my concerns would be met. How is that helpful to me? I would have had to make drastic alterations to the dress, and then hope that it turned out the way it should have in the first place! I was given a dress that wasn't as expected, and then basically told, "good luck - hope it turns out okay in the end!" Really? Disappointed that they get to keep your deposit and then just say, "oops, sorry." I wouldn't reccommend this shop - if you have a problem that needs to be fixed - their solutions will benefit them, but unfortunately not you! Off to find a new dress.
