This company couldn’t care a less about disabled persons! Having to wait a week for a tech visit and another week for a second visit since the tech couldn’t start my scooter, even after changing my batteries for $660. I’m still waiting for a part that was ordered 27/04. This company has severely gone down hill. When I purchased my scooter with the former company Motion Specialists, the service was exceptional! Not anymore. When I politely asked how long it would take for my batteries to be delivered, I got a smart ass response from Alex that it could take one week, or two weeks, or three weeks, we don’t know until they are shipped. What a stupid answer.

Motion specialties has provided wheelchairs and walkers for my 9 yr old for 7 years. The service and dedication to their clients is second to none. We would never consider going anywhere else!!
