I recently had an opportunity to shop at The Bay during a very busy weekend "sale" in the footwear and women's attire sections. The sales staff were overwhelmed with the number of customers waiting for assistance. I have to comment every one of these ladies who worked together as a team for alternatives for fitting rooms, busily obtaining footwear selections and served each and every customer with kindness and beautiful smiles! You can tell employees are happy to work at The Bay and that's something so rare. So I commend the Management Team in selecting the 'right fit' for the position. Of course I didn't leave without a few gorgeous dresses, which the sales lady assisted in helping me make the right choices!

1. Mary Anne, who fit me for a bra gave exceptional service, ensuring that the fit was right. She was very patient and many were tried on. Her professial manner made this awkward situation sucessful
2. Josie in jewellry was attentive in helping selct appropriate earings and necklace.... even though it was costume jewellry.
3. Person helping with free make up sample also great...
These 3 women made my shop very pleasant - thanks.
