Very disappointed, I called and was assured Terry was coming to give an estimate, he did not come, I called and was again assured he would be there in next two days, I waited in all day on the second day and nothing - not even a phone call - I was disgusted as to my mind that is no way to do business. I contacted Thompsons and had immediate response and consequently I am going with them.

I have used brighter outlook for the past four years and find them professional, efficient and reasonably priced. They will also check your gutters and clean them if they need it.
