Cody Building Services did an amazing job power washing the facade of a high-rise building, cleaning the windows and power washing the interior garage. The crew on site was helpful and professional. Have worked with them for several years and will continue to work with them.

Had the rain gutters cleaned last week, the 2 men that came worked very well and were very nice to speak with. Their job was thorough and they cleaned up any mess. They were also tied off when working on the roof, safety first! Would definitely hire this company again.

I am delighted with my now sparkling windows and screens! The Cody team did a great job. I was impressed that they came exactly when they said they would and did the work quickly and professionally with good humour. Thank you!

This is the first year we have used Cody Building Services for our snow removal. They are prompt, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We have also used them to remove the snow from our roof with great results. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality snow services.

We purchased this commercial building 30 years ago.
We experienced problems with the last 2 companies that provided snow removal service.
With consultation with other commercial owners in the area we selected Cody Services this year.
The service has been excellent and their people are doing a great job.
In addition they also do a good job on window cleaning.
Highly recommend Cody Building Services.
