I have had 5 windows and a new front entry door installed about two years ago. I have not had any issues with the windows, but the door is a different story. Within a week there was some small paint chips coming off the door. At first they just came and touched up the chips, but after a few times they said they will get the manufacturer (queens doors) to look at the door.( they are a whole other joke of a company) It took 5 months for the door to be repainted and only two weeks for the paint to start chipping and sagging again. It has been 17 months now and after repeated calls, home visits by baltic and promises that they will have it resolved in 3-4 weeks, nothing ever happens.
I would stay far away from Baltic as i think their days are numbered.

I bought my windows and doors from Baltic well over a year ago. The job had many defects and remains unfinished. Baltic (Rafal Siedlecki) wont come back out to complete the job and stopped responding. Since then Baltic's rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) has been reduced to a D and SAWDAC removed them from their Window Wise certification/warranty program (so I'm not the only one with problems).

I have done 2 jobs for Baltic Windows. both customers are very pleased with my work and paid in full.when i was trying to collect for my first job from Baltic i got the payment with a big delay for a whole moth ,however the second job they gave me a check that didn't clear and put me in a financial hold when i couldn't clear checks from anyone else until it was settled. they replied to me : "its not your problem",when i asked them to correct this issue. now i cant put checks in, or buy supplies to continue my work until they pay my financial institution or i do so.They have treated me with disrespect and unprofessionally. I would recommend consumers choosing a better more reliable company.
No wonder Baltic Windows doesn't have the BBB(best business bureau) or "window wise" certified.
