Mixed experience. Great product and great installers who knew what they were doing. However, despite being told before the purchase that the prerequisite to getting the business was that the tenants needed a quick turnaround, the sales rep misrepresented the delivery date and the owner wouldn't return calls. When the owner was finally reached, he didn't care what his people had done and didn't offer any remedy except "Do you want a refund?" By the time this happened , it was far too late to change. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
