Terrible place he hasn't paid sales people or installers and kept all the money for months and months of hard work with empty promises and left many of us broke for the Christmas holidays and still waiting from Oct 2019 to present time and he is still ignoring us

I would like to get paid my commission for sales work that I did between july 2019 and December 2019. My many attempts to reach out to the owner, director and the office manager has been without any success and now with the Covis 19 I cant pay my bills because I am owed $15000 What can I say after many letters , invoices of owed dollars ,emails, texts etc etc I just cant see how my owed dollars are not being paid just when I need it because of this virus. I have no other income and I don't think it fair that monies are not paid all the while the corporation feeds itself and director appears to be hiding behind the corporate name . I have all the proof in the world ,which I have provided to this corporation already, that my many commissions are way overdue . Please pay me . Not being willing to pay me during this Covis 19 crisis suggests moral failure and is simply unfair . I would certainly be happy to post any good news when I receive a substantial portion of this owed money. Please help me , please

We are having a very unpleasant experience with the company, paid deposit and never got a clear information on what the doors are going to be installed or what the status of the doors is. The stories people share about the company are terrible!

I had windows and doors installed for my whole house. They salesman really know what they are talking about and answered any and all of my questions I had. The product came in and they called me to set up the install right away. The installers know what they are doing and are very efficient. I would definitely recommend Gehres Windows and Doors (2015), Inc.

We had several Pella wood casement windows purchased from Gehres installed by a reliable builder. After about 10 years 3 of these windows practically fell apart as the vinyl cladding came off and the underlying wood rotted. These were allegedly top of the line windows. We have spent the better part of 2 years trying to get them replaced. At least 3 different service people came out with the same story that their predecessor had either quit or was fired so we had to start all over. Finally, we got a written quote that was $1000 higher than we had been given orally a year earlier. We are fed up with this company and this product. Too bad there isn't a minus rating available!!

Ordered windows and 4 out of 10 were defective BUT we had a lifetime warranty (or so we thought). Waited for 7 months listening to the lies and excuses for replacement windows and finally they told us they no longer deal with the manufacturer that they originally dealt with. BUT we could drive 3 hours away and pick up our own pieces of sealed glass and pay someone to install them. BBB got nowhere with them other than more lies and that it was my fault. How dare I be mad after 7 months of them doing nothing. Now on to consumer affairs with this and then most probably small claims court. Terrible business.

December 2014 we ordered a custom $5000.00 door that was to be delivered January 2015. After six months of excuses still no door. We asked for our $3500.00 back and the owner not only said no but called the police to have my husband removed and banned from the property. I tried talking to the owner who said his best offer was to try and get us a similar door. We then found out from the manufacture that they no longer supply Gehres for whatever reason. Mr. Gehres never informed us the whole six months we waited that he couldn't fulfill his end of the purchase agreement. We tried the BBB and The Ministry of Consumer Affairs. He still refuses to return our money. Today is April 27, 2016 and I am on my way to small claims court to face Mr. Gehres and his lawyer to try once again to recover my $3500.00. No Joke.

They seem unable to keep a service person on staff. I waited 8 months for them to repair a broken window pane, which they had agreed to do. After 3 service calls by 2 different servicemen (who later quit) and a dozen phone calls from me to find out why nothing was happening, the owner abruptly decided they would no longer service that brand of window (which they supplied originally). If you want the runaround and like wasting your time, this is the place for you.
