Bought 13 windows and 2 doors, all weather windows supplied, payed for them right away, now one unit seal is leaking, they want me to pay them to come out and fix the unit must be payed for before they will even order the replacement, poor quality, poor customer service, got there money so they dont care

We bought new windows 3yrs ago and have had a sales rep a maintenance guy out to have a look at them. The kitchen and dinning room gets so much frost and mold on them and the living room picture window lets so much heat inside that at Xmas time the heat was so bad that it melted all the chocolates I had out on the coffee table. AWW says there’s too much humidity in the house so we had it checked out and the humidity is only 25-30%. These windows are triple pane low E argon energy efficient
AWW solution is put some space heaters and ceiling fans in the rooms
What a joke will never buy another All Weather Window.

Put all new windows in our house and we were missing one screen. I've called several times over the past two months....each time they tell me they will order it. 3 months later and still no screen. I understand that often times one can get missed, but they need to make it right. I'm tired of calling and nothing happening.

Ordered an exterior door and it has been nothing but a hassle. First, they installed the wrong sidelite on my door, so when they delivered it, there was a big hole in the sidelite because I ordered a solid sidelite so there was no glass to install. Second, they ordered another sidelite, but in the wrong colour. Lastly, when I asked for them to install the door at no charge to me due to the inconvenience and lack of quality control on their end, I was told that they shouldn't have to absorb the cost of installation. Nice customer service! The new estimated delivery date is 7 weeks after the original date. Ridiculous.

Built a new house and made the mistake of going with wood metal clad windows from all-weather. Lots of problems with the opersting windows. Dust and hair in between the sealed units. They were triple glazed and some came with the grills on the sealed unit closest to the inside and some opposite. No quality control. Latches would always break.
