I really enjoy going to this location. Staff is wonderful friendly and very helpful. I have recommended it to many friends and relatives. We have been going here for the last two years . Thanks

I went to the ave B location ready to make a batch of wine in house and was very unimpressed. I arrived at the store and there were 3 employees by the back talking to each other trying to do something. I walked around the store for a couple minutes waiting for them to acknowledge me or ask me of i needed help.... but nothing. None of the 3 employees could even say goodmorning even though i saw them look up at me several times. So i decided to be a little more obvious that i needed help. I stood a couple feet away from them staring at them waiting to be acknowledged... and again i was completely ignored. Not even a hello or a ill be with you shortly. So after being in the store for about 4 minutes and feeling very annoyed i went up to them and stated ' if im going to be ignored then ill go somewhere else' and i turned and started walking out. The lady said something along the lines as hold on and i said its soo late and i heard a really loud grown from her like i was just an annoying person who was an inconvenience. Im not sure why they felt the need to have absolute zero costumer service... but i believe a deserve respect. On another note i then went to the 8th street location and had the completr opposite experience. Amazing costomer service, lots of help and even had a few laughs. I was very impressed and will be going again. STAY AWAY FROM AVE B unless you feel like being treated like crap.

Wine Kitz staff is extremely knowledgable. the site is easy to navigate through and contains all the information that I could be looking for.
