The first comment is an obvious phoney, don't believe it. Anyone who would type "customer service" in capitals for the first letters, is just a fake, the store is putting fake reviews, that should be enough to put anyone off!
When I tried to telephone them, all they said is, "put you on hold"...for ten minutes! I hung up, don't even bother with this store that cannot even be bothered to answer their own telephone!

This is one of the most pleasant stores I've been in. The Customer Service is second to none. Many of the employees have been there many years which says a lot about management.
