I have been a long time customer of Penningtons and on most occasions can say I have been very pleased with the customer service I had recieved. Two individuals on staff that have really stood out over the years are Zenna and I won't even attempt to spell the other ladies name because I'm sure I will spell it wrong. She is a tall, pleasant women and I believe she is of Croatian background. Both have been very professional and gave service that made me want to keep coming back. Unfortunately that hasn't always been the case for all staff over the years but these two ladies definitely do deserve recognition for their outstanding job performance.
