I'm trying to get a vehicle moved to go to my work appointments at 12:30on a Monday. Their message on their phone states that they only work evenings, weekends and pre-booked appointment.
Don't get further frustrated and waste your time calling these gjys.

We called around to have my husbands truck towed after being in an accident and Captain Hook was clearly the cheapest, but you get what you paid for and they ended up costing us alot more than any other company wood have. He quoted us over the phone $90 after we told him from where and to where we needed our truck towed. When he got here 3 hours after the time he told us our neighbour came rushing up and advised that on the way up the hill he had dropped our truck off his tow truck 3 times, having it bounce up and down and completly destroying the tire and wheel well, rim and other components under the truck that werent damaged from the accident. The guy admitted to dropping the truck, but said look at it it is already a mess anyway. We were actually trying to salvage what was left of it to sell it for parts that are now damaged to no end. He then said we need to pay him $130 as he needed to use a dolly!!! My husband advised him we shouldn't have to pay anything as he just dropped our truck from 4 feet 3 times. He then just gave him the $100 to leave his truck and go, but the guy would'nt even take that and he still thinks he deserves more money! My husband than pointed out that the reason it had to use the dolly's is he never even took the parking break off while towing it. When we asked to speak to the manager he advised he was a manager. So unless we surrendered his driver's licence or more $ we was going to tow it back and charge double! Cannot believe this!!!! We had a over the phone aggrement that he didn't keep and then he destroyed my truck and wanted more $! He's an owner who does not even know how to tow without dropping your vehicle off his truck. Do not try to deal with Captain Hook's as they just don't care. We are now taking them to court or the better business bureau.
