This business operates illegally and tries to find all loopholes to extort innocent people's vehicles. Currently, the business itself violates 7 municipal bylaws and the only reason it gets away with extorting people's vehicles is because they refuse to respond to any customer complaints. They were contractors for the City of Surrey, but they have recently been terminated and it's self evident as to the reason why. Just look at their reviews on the sites below which suggest theft, damage, refusal to deal with customers, rude and defensive employees and criminal activities. Would you do business with a company that is built on scams?

Personally, I have been towed for no good reason. Initially, I thought my vehicle was stolen. When I asked why my car was towed, the company said I was parked in a reserved stall, which I know isn't the case because I have been parked there multiple times before. The company asked me to pay a ridiculous sum amounting to almost $200 to retrieve my vehicle. Unlike others who posted on Google+, Yellowpages and Yelp, I did not have anything stolen from my vehicle as I retrieved it less than an hour after it was towed. However, my vehicle sustained damages to the underside of my vehicle as well as the top due to an improper mounting of the amber lights and an improper tow. The company refused to return my vehicle unless I paid and told me to speak to a manager the next day to. Several months later and still no news from the manager. I am only left to speak to the rude dispatcher who seems to condescend me in every interaction.

If you're a victim of their unfair business practice then I suggest you reach out to the authority. I would also strongly recommend filing your complaint through the Better Business Bureau, so people avoid this business.
