On July 9/16 while travelling through Regina on our way home to Manitoba our RV died.
We had a very nice young man come and tow us within 20 minutes of our call.
He and the office staff did their best to find us a location that could repair an RV on a Saturday.
Once towed, he stayed to make sure all would work out for us.
Thank you for making a hick up in our travels not so bad.

I would ordinarily not write about any business, after all they are able to do as they wish, however in this case... I had in the past used Club Towing a great deal, and today I have 3 cars that have to be moved.
The lady dispatcher was not able to give me any specific answers and had to keep going to another authority somewhere to get the answer. That to me is better than lying.
However with three cars to move and them not taking bookings for today and tomorrow because they are too busy, we were talking about a time for three days in the future.
Seeing that I have three cars to move, I tried to negotiate a bit of a deal....
The manager came on the phone and called me and ASS****, and told me to get someone else to do the job, as I made his dispatcher cry.
I do not know what I did to make her cry, I think she was crying because she had to keep going to him to get all the answers and he probably called her names too, as he did me.
I will never call these people again. I would not recommend them, as they are rude, and very uninterested in customers and the customer's needs.

I needed to be towed from the Travelodge in Regina to Minute Muffler to have an axle replaced. It was 7:45 a.m., -30 outside. The truck was there within 15 minutes. Very reasonable rate also.
Thanks for the service!
