Came in at 1435 to get an x-ray of my finger per my doctor's order. I was told that they would not take anyone else in today. The person ahead of me had an appointment. When I asked to schedule an appointment I was told they don't schedule appointments. Plus I spent 5 minutes looking for a parking spot even though there was over 10 empty staff spots available. When I complained she told me to just park in an empty staff spot. And I said "what ? And get a ticket or be towed? No way" .

I liked the clinic but the lady who was at the front desk was really rude to me for no reason, I almost started crying and that has never happened to me before from someone in a public place. I have never actually felt the need to speak to a manager or someone about someone, but this I felt like I was going to have to.
The rest of the staff were good though, I think this lady needs to be spoken to about her rudeness.

The clinic was fine. Nice staff, short waits, and a good size waiting room. The ones who are complaining on here are just histrionic, entitled, and have emotional dysregulation. It's a walk-in clinic. Expect a wait. Also, don't expect that a receptionist takes you right away. They have data to enter and need to enter it accurately. Grow up and exercise some patience.

I had several X rays done today at this clinic. I must confess that the Technician that completed my X rays was wonderful to be with !
She is kind and very professional, she is an asset to this clinic!

P.S. The ONLY thing remotely irritating at the cinic that I encountered and echoed by another patient was the man in the waiting room who sat and slurped his ice drink through his straw!
I give full credit to the staff at this clinic!

The unpleasant people mentioned in some reviews must have left
because this morning,the three persons I had contact with were
kind and smiling.

After reading the previous comments I was very pleasantly surprised by the professional and friendly response during my initial phone call .
On my visit to drop off paperwork and set up the appointment the staff could not be more pleasant or helpful.
Today I had my appointment and once again was met with nothing but first class service. My questions were answered and the path forward explained.

Unfortunately, my feedback is very similar to the previous clients:( The receptionist, (Sarah) very cold and unwelcoming. No smile, not even acknowledgement as I entered the clinic today. She just continued her computer/paper work, at not once looked up to even acknowledge she even was aware of my presence. I literally stood in front of her wicket for 7 min before the adjacent receptionist kindly acknowledged me and let me know that someone would be with me shortly. Very disappointing customer service. Thankfully my needs aren't urgent in nature, however, if I were a client with serious needs this lack of unprofessional and kindness would certainly add to my stress level.
I appreciate everyone can have a bad day, and even be overwhelmed and busy at times, but, clearly there is a bit of a "pattern" with poor customer service at this clinic.:(

These women that work here are absolutely RUDE to put it nicely. Every time I have an appt- which is often as I am high risk pregnancy they are ALL a real piece of work, especially the receptionists. People who are going for appointments there obviously have concerns or are celebrating the joy of getting ultrasounds for their babies. You women RUIN it with your disgusting attitudes and blatant lack of compassion for everyone who comes through those doors. I would fire all of te staff and start over with decent human beings who actually give 2 shuts about people. Have some consideration- if you hate your job get a new one!

I'll give this clinic a 1 ONLY due to one receptionist she had a caring smile and was kind unlike the rest of her peers. My first u/s was a very good experience. I decided to bring my daughter so she could see her little baby sibling. the tech was very cold to my child and myself, the receptionist that first greeted us seemed very annoyed that we were there! If it wasn't for the receptionist that gave me my u/s photo I would mark that experience as a minus! It was supposed to be a very happy day for my daughter and I! No thanks to Madrona Clinic
