Clean, well-organized space, professional (politely asked to take a seat for a short while (in a bright, windowed corridor space) as "a computer problem"). Not too busy when I was there, so walk-in with short wait feasible - better to phone first - currently opens 8:00 am. Polite, but need just a little more proactive 'friendliness' in supplying information about services, such as costs and other procedural details, without need for searching questions from client.
