There was a major management shakeup at CWH a few months back; a restructuring that saw their service go down the tubes. Our site started experiencing major downtime (more than 8 hours at a time) every few days. Whenever our site went down it was up to us to call them and wait for hours before things got restored. This went on for 2 months before we finally realised these people are all marketing and no service. Jumped ship and went elsewhere.
