This man is no computer expert, he is no web developer either. He has no qualifications, no certificate, no university degree (all of which he claims to have) he has "fixed" my computer more times than I can count and soaked me for more and more money until I became wise and checked out his credientials and he had none. Buyer beware, check out your service people before you let them in your door to con you. He is charming just like a snake. Beware, be warned.
