I had Elemental Yardworks do my spring clean-up because they always done a very nice job. This year I had to have them back because the quality of the job was not acceptable. They did return and finished the job to my satisfaction. They also had to be called again regarding a application of product to the lawn. They spread it by hand and it to this day despite loads of watering I can still see it in the lawn.

I will consider using them next year as I am hoping this year was just a fluke.

It was difficult year by the weather changing frequently.Spring
cleaning was was done well.Trimming the grass in the beginning
was not done to our satisfaction,but after talking to your office
few times this work improved and the last crew did good work.

Last year they were great, this year they didn't show up for an entire month after I had contracted them, constantly had to call to find out where they were, when they were coming, IF they were coming. I asked 3 or 4 times to have the weeds cut down in the alley right behind my back fence. I was told they would cut them down and use roundup on the area, this NEVER happened. I paid for perennials to be planted and that didn't happen for several weeks, it was late in the season by the time it did happen. I got plenty of apologies but the service didn't improve. I think if you are going to book business you had better be prepared to actually do the job when it's contracted to be done. We'll see how they do with the fall clean-up...hmmmmmm. Will not be using them next year.

I want to tell you guys and I suppose everyone else, what a great job you did on the corporate yard. It is always well kept and I never have to call to nag you about keeping it clean or showing up on time.

The only thing I would have to say negativly is that the flower beds werent done all the time, but other then that, I dont have a complaint!
