After a totally awful experience at Sears ( two consecutive dead units right out of the box), I dealt with Shaun at this Windsor Best Buy & it was a much needed 'breath of fresh air'! The oven was for our blind son in Windsor & we live in BC. Shaun immediately got the total picture of what was required over the phone; gave me good advice & treated our handicapped son very well indeed when he was finally able to find a ride to the store. Shaun is the first person I'm going to call when our son may require another item replaced that Best Buy carries!
