I have used this service for a few years, with some success. Often you get spammed with repeat emails from highly unsuitable people (CanadianNanny doesn't actually screen the listings in any way), but I also found some decent nanny help. But I recently deleted my account, and here's why: since they launched a new website, my private client info (location, my listing, which lists details about my family) is visible not just to registered users, but to anyone who does a basic web search. There are no privacy settings or any way to fix this situation-- and I should pay monthly fees for this...? I brought this to the attention of their customer service repeatedly and received no apology or remedy. So, be forewarned: they will take your money but they will not protect your privacy.

I love the agency and the help as well as the quality of the Caregivers.
The staff helped me immensely to not only find a great nanny but also how to get completely set up as an employer!
