I have had quite the ups and downs on this journey. The last month has been one of my toughest and I have been touched by the compassion Nurse Leanne has given me. She has been there for me every step of the way as one of my biggest cheerleaders and Dr. Zohni. I could not recommend this clinic enough. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Heartland.

The customer service is terrible and they need to review their staff. The lady I spoke to made me feel so awful, like she had other important things to do. It’s heartbreaking that people are going through fertility and having a horrible service at the same time. I wish there were other alternatives in Winnipeg.

This clinic lack compassion for families desiring children. The doctors are slow rude and very insulting. The clinin been the only facility clinic in Manitoba is taking advantage of the citizen. It takes average of about two years to get scheduled for IVF you can imagine what time means to couple looking for kids. The doctors dont even seems to care but interested in the money. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seriously looking for babies just go to other province or go South. If you need children please dont waste you time with this clinic Run Run and Run elsewhere before they waste your productive time. They are well know for poor customer services, follow up and competence. All you need to do is just mention heartland elsewhere and the doctors or nurses will share there experience.

Our government should please break this monopoly and allow more clinics or allow people to seek gynaecology advice and consultation from many other expert in the city. We deserve better treatment from this heartless bunch at heartland. If we had waited on them we will not have a baby today.

It took us less than 6 moths to complete whole cycle in BC and even for scanning we rather go to BC just because we don't trust them and they charge $200 just for scan and that come free in BC.
