Ordered items 4 days ago, spent almost $300!
All I got was email order confirmation, saying that it will be shipped in 24 hours and that email will follow
Never got any email, when called, just voice mail machine!
On their website there is NO your account option, NO email contact, very shady
If I don't hear from then today, I am contacting my bank to get my money back
Will never ever order something from this "company"!!!!

Purchased a Le Creuset saucier from CityChef and it was shipped out the same day and delivered (in Canada) the following morning. Due to Canada Post flagging the item as delivered several hours before they actually delivered it, we believed it had been delivered to the wrong address. We phoned the shop and the friendly guy there phoned Canada Post on our behalf and sorted everything out within a few minutes, then called us back with the explanation and the saucepan arrived shortly afterwards. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and the whole experience.

I have ordered numerous things from this company. There service is very fast and products are excellent and of top quality. I would not hesitate to recommend City Chef to any of my friends.

I have been ordering from City Chef for the past few years and everything I have ordered so far has been top notch and great quality.. with super fast delivery! Their prices are lower than many stores that offer the same. Highly recommended.

This summer, 2008 I purchased a Cuisinart ice cream maker from City Chef and have enjoyed using it with no problems. They were friendly and courteous and the ice cream is delicious. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

The merchandise is overpriced for the quality you get. The shipment arrived with some items not well packed which might explain why so many things were scratched. Boxes were crushed, and the items inside them were literally dirty. The shipment has the appearance of garage sale rejects. Next time, I will spend the gas since it will cost me as much to return the stuff.
