At Crescent we do consider ourselves a large, extended family. Every effort is made to make new families feel welcome. Parent volunteers phone each new family shortly after the start of the school year, and there are many opportunities to connect with returning parents at both social and school events. New students in the Upper School are assigned a student mentor in addition to their faculty mentor. The concept of the three-way partnership between faculty, parents and students forms the basis of our school culture. We work hard at building relationships, and we believe strongly that this is what makes our school unique. Read more
