Went to a Marlies game with my kids. Got a pretzel from one of the vending areas and it was bone cold, even though it was rotating in one of those heated areas.
Sent an email to Ricoh and within the next day, got an email back asking me if and when I was coming back.
Well, I did go back to see another game (Man, the Marlies got blown out 6-3 and 7-2 to the Grand Rapids Griffins) anyway, with kids and friends and was treated to free food for the whole group PLUS beer. HOLY SMOKES! Thanks a ton for that!
