Although Linda and Jacqui try hard, they honestly just do not have what it takes to deliver the WOW in this business. Not trying to be harsh here, but their events are quite ordinary and do not bring to the table anything beyond what every other event planner offers.
Our event was a success, but it was easily and quickly forgotten. I felt that the overall cost, for what we got, was on the high side. Comments from attendees after the event had indicated that they "expected more".
According to the opinions of two other individuals, an event planner and a technical supplier respectively, our event was very typical of what Rainbeau produces and considers to be what they feel and describe as "high end".
Again, our event was a total success, but given the cost and lukewarm run-of-the-mill creativity, we won't utilize their services again in the future.

Um..."not trying to be harsh"? This was kinda harsh, but I suppose it is your opinion and you are entitled to it. :( We also used Rainbeau and I was happy with them. :) They provided attention to detail and they were professional throughout the whole event. (Although I would have preferred that Linda waited until later in the evening to enjoy the excellent wine :( -but they did make a great choice though) Your statement about their creativity is more of an opinion. I also felt that more could be done to "stand out from the crowd" for our evening, but face it, there really is only so many design ideas possible. Give 'em a break. :) :) Sandra :)
