I broke my wrist in three places two months ago. After the cast came off I had horrible swelling and pain in my forearm. The orthopedic surgeon suggested I go to LightSpeed Physiotherapy at the Sheridan Centre in Mississauga.
My surgeon wanted me to go there because they specialize in laser therapy. Apparently, he wants his fracture patients to get laser therapy because it helps with bone, ligament and muscle repair. Also, as physiotherapists, they will help me gain my strength back.
The staff were helpful, friendly and it was very clean. I regained full usage of my wrist within four weeks of starting therapy. They really care about your progress and I actually enjoyed going there.

I had a car accident and hurt my neck, shoulder and lower back.
My doctor recommended LightSpeed Physiotherapy. My doctor regularly sends patients there and his patients are always impressed.
I could hardly move when I first went there and I was afraid they were going to hurt me more by stretching me. Instead, they used a BioFlex low intensity laser system on my injuries.
It was really amazing. The treatment didn't hurt at all and within a week I was feeling and moving much better.
As my pain decreased, they help me regain my strength and flexibility. Within four weeks, I was back to normal again.

In 2006 I came to Lightspeed with a badly sprained ankle which I had been told was going to take 4-6 weeks to heal. I got an apointment that day, and had had a physiotherapist assess my injury and received treatment before the end of the day. My injury healed much faster with laser therapy and the staff was very friendly.
