I am never crazy for the totally organic and natural places, lets face it, the stuff just don't taste too good, but something smelled really good when walking by this location. We walked in and looked at the menu.

To our surprise, there were lots of choices in terms of the pasta itself. From some organic spelt (don't even know what that is really) whole-wheat, to gluten free rice flour pizzas, not containing any commercial yeast and made out of sourdough starter. Ok so I ripped this off of their website, but who is to remember all this ;-)

And the result?
Humungous pizza was so flavourful because the ingredients were fresh and they made sure there is tons of it on top. Crust was thin just the way we like it but the flavour of it was really intense. SOO GOOD!! And we ordered the regular dough with some pepperoni and chicken and green peppers ... the regular Joe kind of deal. Scrumptious.

Next we experimented with delivery. Ordered rotini with chicken in a tomato cream sauce and my boyfie ordered meat spaghetti. Not knowing anything about these guys, we ordered large portions due to the crickets in my stomach playing the hungry tunes. I also had my big hungry eyes. Therefore we had to eat it for next two days to come!! Please make sure you don't order that large portion, it feeds the whole family! Regular size is plenty to satisfy even such a hungry man obsessed with spaghetti like mine :-)

Uni Tutti Perfecti.

PS: I wasn't really happy with the deserts, though nothing really does it for me after trying raspberry Sharlot from Dufflet Pastries so I am quite biased. Ray polished it off in seconds :-)
PPS: Juice was good.
