Maintaining our vacation property was challenging and we were sometimes confronted with unanticipated messes - like seasonal ant infestations, interior water damage, and spoiled food due to electrical interruptions. Andy at Village Maintenance deals with anything that comes up in our absence, so that when we do get to the cottage we don't have to do damage control when we get there. It's great to have competent, reliable help so that we can optimize our time off - VM has augmented the quality of our time away.
